Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
6 (1/4 ounce) packages of unflavoured gelatin, 1.5 ounces total
1 (3 ounce) package of flavoured gelatin
½ cold water
Instructions:
- Prepare candy molds by spraying with cooking spray and place on baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, combine in both gelatins and the cold water and mix until the gelatin has dissolved. Try to mix as little as possible. The less air, the better.
- Place the saucepan on the stove on medium heat.
- Whisk occasionally as the mixture turns into a liquid.
- Once the mixture is completely a liquid, remove from heat and pour in a glass container with a spout for pouring.
- Pour the mixture into the molds.
- Once finished, put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to let the gummies set.
- Once set, it is time to enjoy!
Notes:
- Don’t have molds? Ice cube trays are great to use too, especially the silicone ones. Or pour the mixture straight on the baking sheet, let set, and use cookie cutters to create fun shapes.
- How to Store: In an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks. Spray with cooking spray when adding to the container to prevent them sticking together.
