How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to Australia and the rest of the world
Our website is directly connected to DHL's servers to provide an up to date shipping cost at the time you checkout from our website.
The shipping cost depends on how big your order is, how heavy it is and where in the world it is being shipped to.
How long does it take to despatch my order?
We aim to have all orders placed before 12pm noon - Monday to Friday, despatched on the same day. For orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday, we will have these despatched on the next business day.
Occasionally this time frame may change when we receive a substantial increase in orders (long weekends, retail events). We will always update customers of any major delays via our social media channels.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery timeframe with DHL Express is 3-7 business days worldwide.
Localised Delays
Depending on the climate in the delivery country, further delays may occur. Public holidays, current events and poor weather can all affect delivery.
Retail Event Delays
Spikes in courier freight entering the network can cause delivery delays. These are common on the build up to large scale retail events e.g. Mothers/Fathers Day, Black Friday and Christmas. During this time delivery timeframes will likely increase.
Follow the golden rule -"The earlier, the better"
Which courier company do we use?
DHL Express
Our international deliveries are handled by DHL Express. DHL is a fast and effecient international courier service. They offer access to nearly every country in the world. Orders are collected once a day from our warehouse in Pukekohe, Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are taken directly to the sorting facility at Auckland Airport ready for sending overseas on the first available flight.
How do I track my order?
All orders are tracked. Tracking details are sent via email.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Pik n Mix Lollies. This will have all of your tracking details. Click the tracking number in the email to be taken to the tracking page on Post Haste's website.

You can track and trace your parcel using the DHL website. Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email sent by Pik n Mix Lollies. Paste the code into the tracking number boxes found through the link below.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered as the delivery address your order will be held. One of our team members will be in touch to arrange an alternative physical address to send your order to.
To prevent delays dispatching your order, please ensure you only provide a physical address for deliveries. PO Boxes are not supported.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our courier usually only delivers on business days. This means Monday to Friday only, not operating on public holidays.
Occasionally your local delivery driver may deliver on Saturdays and Sundays when there has been a significant increase in freight volumes on the network. Drivers will operate on the weekend to attempt to clear the backlog of deliveries they have.
What time will the courier deliver?
Our couriers will deliver anytime from 7am to 9pm at night.
Drivers will always aim to have the deliveries done inside business hours. During periods of increased freight on the network, drivers will be delivering later than usual.
Is there free shipping available?
Free shipping for orders over $129 is for NZ customers only.
Unfortunately due to the high cost of international courier services we can not offer this for deliveries outside of New Zealand... yet.
Is there anything I can't order for international shipping?
No! We have no restrictions on any of our items. You can order any item off our website to be shipped internationally. There are a few things you might like to take into consideration...
Products that do not travel well
Orders are packaged as securely as possible for the long journey. Please be wary of ordering chocolate products that are being sent to warmer climates. We insulate chocolate well, but we can't guarantee the quality of the chocolate once delivered to the final destination. Please also be wary of items that are prone to cracking, disintegrating or leaking during transit e.g. Ohjays, Giant Fizzies, Fruit Sticks, and drinks are all considered fragile.
NOTE
We always take special care when packing orders for international transit. Additional padding and insulation is always included to give your order the best possible chance of arriving safely. Some items are naturally prone to deterioration during long periods of transit, please be mindful when ordering these items. We will not refund or replace items that have been damaged in international transit unless the consignment is formally damaged in the hands of the courier network.
Why has my parcel not been delivered?
If your parcel has not arrived after more than 5 business days longer than the stated delivery time frame, please let us know. Please contact us by either replying to your order confirmation email, or sending an email with your details to info@piknmix.co.nz
Please note: If your order is picked up on a Monday, Tuesday will be transit day 1, Wednesday = day 2 and so on. Transit days are on business days only.
